Refund and Returns Policy

Setup Apparel is dedicated to customer satisfaction, delivering top-quality custom products with innovative production processes and state-of-the-art equipment to ensure precision in both print and embroidery.

Our Guarantee for a Smooth Experience:

We always aim for perfection, but in the rare instance we make an error, we’re committed to providing a hassle-free resolution. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 30 days of receiving it, and we’ll work to make things right.

If your order includes items that differ from your final design or were created on the wrong product, we’ll reproduce those items or offer a full or partial refund based on your preference. Should we be unable to meet your requirements, we will refund you for the affected items. Refunds are typically issued within 1-2 days of receiving the returned items. If you opt for shipping on your return or exchange, we’ll also fully refund your shipping costs (except for items already shipped).

Cancellations:

Your custom items are made uniquely for you, with a customization fee included in each purchase. If you wish to cancel an order, please email us with your order number and cancellation reason, and we’ll assist if production hasn’t begun. However, if production has already started, cancellations are subject to a $20 restocking fee per item.

Refunds will be credited for the original amount paid minus shipping and production costs, except in cases of incorrect shipments. Once we process your return, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please note it may take an additional 7-10 business days for funds to appear in your account, and sometimes an extra billing cycle for the funds to reflect on your statement.

Important Disclaimers:

  • 30-Day Final Sale: All sales are final after 30 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Non-Affiliated Custom Items: Setup Apparel’s custom jerseys are independently produced and carry no affiliation with any professional sports brand, league, or manufacturer.
  • No Returns for Altered Products: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for blank items modified for resale. This policy applies to all products altered from their original state, so please review before purchasing with the intent of modification.
